Mixture of protease inhibitors for preparation of mammalian cells and tissue prior to analysis. I-PIC.2 contains Aprotinin, AEBSF, Bestatin, E-64, Leupeptin and Pepstatin A. It will inhibit many proteases including; aspartic, cysteine, serine, metalloproteases, and aminopeptidases. The cocktail is provided as a DMSO suspension suitable for processing up to 20g of cells or tissue.
